Summary of Rutherford, California Trials, November, 2021

The photos and tables in this section present an overview of the results of a comparative herbicide application to maturing native field weeds to a small section of a dormant northern California vineyard in late fall of 2021. The study was designed and conducted by Prof. Kassim Al-Khatib of the Weed Sciences Department, University of California at Davis. BF1002 RTU was applied at the rate of 20 and 30 GPA. The herbicide glufosinate was applied in the study for comparison. Photos were taken and observations and scoring of effects were recorded at 3, 7, 14, and 21 DAT. A second similar application was applied 21 days after the initial treatment with photos and data taken and recorded at the same intervals. For brevity, the 7 DAT information is not presented below.
